Prices

Prices are shown as ‘price per person, sharing a twin or double room’ and ‘per person, single occupancy’ and quoted in:

GBP – Pounds Sterling
USD – US Dollars

for anyone, anywhere, to purchase.

Prices are also quoted in:

EUR – Euros
SEK – Swedish Kronor

for citizens of the EU or permanent residents of an EU member state only.

Preferred payment method

Our preferred payment method is by debit or credit card, paid online via Stripe, a safe and secure worldwide card payment processing company.

However, if you prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, directly from your bank to ours, then please say so at the time of booking.

NB. Bank Transfers must be in Pounds Sterling.

Pre-tour correspondence

Ordinarily, we will email the whole group nine weeks before the tour to introduce everyone to one another, confirm our meeting arrangements, inform you of any changes to the itinerary and give you any last-minute instructions.

We typically update this information two weeks before the tour.

Making a reservation

To make a reservation click on the ‘BOOK’ button on any tour page, complete the online reservation form and send it.

We will acknowledge your reservation and invoice you for a voucher in your chosen currency. Once you have purchased your voucher, your place or places will be reserved on your chosen tour.

If the tour cannot proceed, or if you cannot join it, you will be free to join another tour, either in the same season or at any time within three years.

Paying the balance

Balances fall due 84 days/12 weeks prior to the start of the tour and we will email you in good time beforehand with a fresh invoice for the outstanding balance.

NB. We will assume that you will pay by the same means – card or bank transfer – as you did for your voucher.

Paying-in-full

If your reservation falls within 84 days/12 weeks prior to the start of the tour, we will ask you to pay the whole amount, in full, for the tour.

NB. If your reservation is within 7 days of the start of the tour, we will ask for payment immediately, by card only.

Vouchers

Vouchers were introduced to add flexibility in the immediate post-Covid period, when travel was far from certain. They are valid for three years from the month of issue and are transferrable, but not refundable.

The price of a double voucher for two people is:

  • 1,000.00 GBP

  • 1,400.00 USD

  • 1,000.00 EUR

  • 12.000,00 SEK

The price of a single voucher for one person is:

  • 600.00 GBP

  • 900.00 USD

  • 600.00 EUR

  • 7.000,00 SEK

Currencies

Irrespective of whichever currency you choose to use, you must use the same currency for both your voucher purchase and your balance payment.

“We did have such a memorable time on your tour. All of your plans and choices of stops and meals, etc. were perfect. Thank you, thank you. It was just such a fun time.”
