Preferred payment method
Our preferred payment method is by debit or credit card, paid online via Stripe, a safe and secure card payment processing company.
However, if you prefer to pay by Bank Transfer, directly from your bank to ours, please let us know at the time of booking.
NB. Bank Transfers must be in Pounds Sterling.
Making a reservation
To make a reservation click on the ‘BOOK’ button on any tour page, complete the online reservation form and send it to us.
We will acknowledge your reservation and invoice you for a voucher in your chosen currency. Once you have purchased your voucher, your place or places will be reserved on your chosen tour.
If the tour cannot proceed, or if you cannot join it, you will be free to join another tour, either in the same season or at any time within three years.
Paying the balance
Balances fall due 84 days/12 weeks before the start of the tour and we will email a fresh invoice to you in good time beforehand.
NB. We will assume that you will pay by the same means – card or bank transfer – as you did for your voucher.
Paying-in-full
If your reservation falls within 84 days/12 weeks before the start of the tour, we will ask you to pay the whole amount, in full.
Vouchers
Vouchers were introduced to add flexibility in the immediate post-Covid period when travel was far from certain. They are valid for three years from the month of issue and are transferrable, but not refundable.
The price of a double voucher for two people is:
1,000.00 GBP
1,400.00 USD
1,000.00 EUR
12.000,00 SEK
The price of a single voucher for one person is:
600.00 GBP
900.00 USD
600.00 EUR
7.000,00 SEK
Currencies
Irrespective of whichever currency you choose, you must use the same currency for both your voucher purchase and your balance payment.
Pre-tour correspondence
Ordinarily, we will email the whole group 13 weeks before the tour to introduce you all to one another, remind you that your balance is about to fall due, ensure that you are aware of the UK ETA, confirm when and where we are meeting, discuss any changes to the itinerary and provide a little additional information or any last-minute instructions.
We update this information two weeks before the tour.
“We did have such a memorable time on your tour. All of your plans and choices of stops and meals, etc. were perfect. Thank you, thank you. It was just such a fun time.”
